Boscastle CIC provides for two electric vehicle (EV) charging spaces in the main car park in Boscastle.

By using these facilities, users agree to the terms and conditions of use. Electric charge points should only be used for their intended purpose. Use of and access to this charge point is at the risk of the user and Boscastle CIC accepts no liability for any injury, loss or damage which may be incurred or sustained.

The tariff charges are as follows:

• 79p p/kWh charge fee
• 25p p/minute idle fee (between 10am – 4pm)

Follow instructions on the payment terminal:

1. Plug in charging cable to appropriate charger unit for parking bay. Appropriate charger, A or B, will display on payment terminal, and
2. Tap contactless card to begin charging

Ensure your vehicle is in immediate charge mode – not time dependant to off peak charging times - to begin successful charging. To stop charge, select option in car or tap the same contactless card onto the card reader.
