What is the CIC?

Boscastle Community Interest Company was incorporated on 1st April 2016 by individuals from both the BCTC and the local Parish Council. With a 13 strong subscribers on formation, the Company has the objective recorded with Companies House and the CIC regulator for its work to benefit the residents, businesses and visitors of Boscastle and its parish by managing, preserving and promoting community assets and activities.
